Canton Charleston #7 was chartered on May 19, 1927 in Charleston, WV where it remained for most of its existence. For a short time, it moved to Huntington, WV before closing down for several years. On June 20, 2019, the Canton had its charter restored after several members of Kanawha Lodge #25 petitioned to have it so. After the Canton was restored, General Commanding S. Ray Johnson conferred the Medallion Award on the Canton in recognition of the work and energy of the new members in getting it restored. The Medallion Award was presented to the lodge by Lt. General Jack Robertson, Deputy General Commanding. By a dispensation granted by the General Military Council, the members of Canton Charleston #7 are authorized to use a garrison cap in place of a ball cap when dressed in the Class B uniform, which is the uniform of the day for regular meetings.
The Canton meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 8:30pm at the Odd Fellows Building in Charleston, WV.
